Horde webmail was officially removed from Plesk last year and is no longer supported.
Recently security vulnerabilities have been identified and security warning issued so we have been forced to remove horde from our systems. The newest systems have already had it removed but a few of the older ones now need to have it removed.
The recommended replacement is Roundcube which a lot of people are already using.
